Raranga Wananga (workshops)are available for the beginner to the experienced. 
All resources are gathered locally and include korari, muka, pingao, kuta and kiekie. ​
Within a traditional whanau orientated environment this is an opportunity to share and participate with one on one support to create your first kete (basket)


Community Illustration classes are available which are usually held over a weekend. For the beginners to the more experienced these courses are aimed at sharing skills together and expanding on skills at your own pace.

Te Whare Whiri Toi host spiritual and healing wananga offering our manuhiri (visitors) traditional healing with local, traditional practitioners and therapists. Experience mirimiri, acupuncture, wairua healing, crystal healing, meditations and readings, all on the marae grounds.

Visitors can choose to stay and select other workshops for a overall well being experience. 
Marae Stay Accommodation is available for group bookings with meals supplied if required.
